The minimum car rental period is 24 hours.

The conditions for renting a vehicle include being at least 25 years old and holding a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years.

The validity of insurances automatically expires in case of not presenting Traffic accident, Theft, and Alcohol reports and/or if the vehicle is used under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or if legal speed limits are exceeded. Damages arising from glass, mirror, and headlight breakage, tire ruptures, and usage errors are excluded from insurance coverage.

The usage of the Rentwin Rent a Car vehicle by third parties other than the lessee is only possible if their driver's license and identification documents are recorded in the rental agreement by the authorized personnel of Rentwin Rent a Car.

GPS (Navigation Device): It can be provided for an additional fee if requested during the reservation.

Baby Seat: It can be provided for an additional fee if requested during the reservation.

Delivery and Drop-off: Vehicle delivery and/or drop-off to the desired location in the centers where Rentwin Rent a Car stations are located are provided for a service fee. Service fees may vary and can be seen when making a reservation. In locations where Rentwin Rent a Car Rental stations are not available, a charge of 1.00 TL per kilometer is calculated.

Payments can be made with credit cards accepted by Rentwin Rent a Car. Regardless of the selected payment method, an approximate rental amount will be collected during the vehicle pickup, and the final calculation will be made at the end of the rental period. In addition to the rental fee, a deposit-secured provision is taken from the credit card, varying according to the vehicle group.
