The minimum rental duration is 24 hours. For delays in return, 1/3 of the daily rate is charged for each additional hour. Delays exceeding a total of 3 hours will result in the full daily rate being charged.

DRIVER'S LICENSE - MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTThere is a mandatory requirement to be at least 25 years old.
ADDITIONAL DRIVERThe vehicle can be driven by someone other than the renter, provided that drivers meet the rules of having a valid driver's license and meeting the age requirements. This is subject to recording the valid identification and driver's license of the additional driver in the contract. In the absence of such records, if an accident is determined to be caused by an unregistered driver, insurances will be deemed invalid.
INCLUDED - NOT INCLUDED IN PRICESVehicle maintenance costs and comprehensive insurance are included in the prices. Fuel, bridge and toll fees, traffic fines, insurances, one-way fee, vehicle delivery and pickup fees, and additional requests such as a baby seat are not included in the prices.
Car rental reserves the right to change the vehicle types specified in the tariff without prior notice. Traffic fines: Traffic laws in Turkey allow a maximum speed of 120 km/h on highways, 90 km/h on intercity roads, and 50 km/h in urban areas. Please obey NO PARKING signs when parking. Traffic fines and legal responsibilities arising from non-compliance with traffic laws and the fault of the renter are the responsibility of the renter. Traffic fines reaching Rentwin Car Rental after the vehicle has been returned will be charged to the renter, and the relevant amount will be collected in cash or by credit card from the renter. Any time spent due to the vehicles being held by official or local authorities, for any reason, is accepted within the contract period.
